We wanted to create a Great Ocean Road adventure that you could fit in a short break, but still feel like you had seen it all. We also wanted to make sure to find a luxurious location for your overnight accommodation and we have nailed them both. 

 

With a private guide to give you a completely bespoke experience, no two trips are ever the same. They will be able to give you a highlights tour, based on their wealth of experience, or focus on immersive wildlife escapes or gastronomic experiences, depending on what your preferences are. 

 

We searched out the best quality hotel on the Great Ocean Road and found the utterly charming Mantra in Lorne. Lorne is the original resort town on the Great Ocean Road, still bursting with character and set amongst the deep greens of the Great Otway National Park. Situated right on the waterfront, the spectacular views are matched by the amenities and service levels of the attentive staff.

The Great Ocean Road is loaded with incredible experiences, just waiting to be discovered. As this is a relatively short trip, we highly recommend flying into Melbourne as early as possible and flying out late on your departure day, to truly maximise the experience. After flying into Melbourne, your private guide will pick you up and drive you down to Lorne, pointing out the wonders on the way. After settling in, your guide will arrange what you want to see and where you want to go and chauffeur you all over the region for the next three days. Once it comes time to head back to the airport, they will take you straight there or explore other sights enroute if time permits. No fuss, no worries, just an exciting couple of days.

Health & vaccination

Fitness requirements

  • Travellers should have a good level of physical fitness and mobility. They must be able to negotiate uneven surfaces and in some cases climb stairs

Dietary requirements

Availability

Surcharges
