This trip kicks off in Frankfurt, where you will take a short rail journey to Cologne. After a night here, you will board your first cruise ship to travel down the Rhine, visiting Rudesheim, Mainz, Frankfurt, Lorelei Valley and Koblenz. Arriving back in Cologne, we have arranged a rail connection to Nuremberg, where you will spend one night before travelling by train to Passau, where you will board cruise number 2. This trip down the Danube takes you to Wachau, Vienna, Bratislava and Linz before you arrive back in Passau, where you take the train to Munich to finish off this incredible winter trip.
