Often overlooked, Mexico City has spent the last couple of decades regenerating, embracing its culture and taking its phenomenal historic gastronomy and turning it up several levels. 

Mexico City is a microcosm of Mexican history. It encompasses the whole timeline of the country with incredible examples of Pre-Aztec, Aztec and Christian architecture, art and design at every turn. Mexico City is the coming together of all these influences, which has built a unique culture that is a sheer pleasure to become immersed in. Exploring the ancient Aztec floating gardens of Xochimilco is an unbelievable excursion as is the mighty pre-Aztec city of Teotihuacan. You also get to visit two of the finest museums in the Americas, the stunning Dolores Olmedo Museum and the National Museum of Anthropology. This trip covers all the bases for a fascinating, fun-packed exploration of this incredible city. 

The whole trip is based around Mexico City, so when you arrive at the airport, your driver will come and collect you and transfer you straight to the Hotel Histórico Central, just a 5-minute walk from the Palace of the Counts of San Mateo de Valparaiso. Your guide will collect you every day to take you on mind-blowing tours, returning you to the airport at the end of the trip.

• If the visitor is a non-Australian passport holder, a valid re-entry visa may be required.

Availability

• All DealsAway trips are available on a request only basis and are subject to availability. Once booked you should receive a payment confirmation and receipt via email, followed by a booking confirmation normally within 72hrs of making a booking, sometimes this can take a little longer subject to supplier delay

Surcharges

• Any prices quoted exclude specific costs/measures which may be introduced at a later stage as a result of Government changes due to COVID-19 health and safety restrictions. • Please be aware that the booking conditions state that your holiday can be terminated, with no refund, if the behaviour of you or any members of your travelling party does not meet an acceptable standard.
