If airline routes, transit pathways, or global travel conditions impact your itinerary prior to departure, our experienced team will work closely with you and our travel partners to help provide the best available alternative arrangements to keep your holiday on track where possible.

As part of this commitment, DealsAway will waive our own standard booking amendment and servicing fees for eligible pre-departure itinerary changes related to operational travel disruptions.

Important Terms & Conditions

• Applies to eligible operational travel disruptions, including airline schedule changes, route suspensions, transit disruptions, or significant global events impacting your booked itinerary prior to departure.
• DealsAway will waive our own agency amendment and servicing fees for eligible changes facilitated by our team.
• Airline, wholesaler, hotel, cruise line, tour operator, supplier, fare difference, tax, or third-party charges imposed externally may still apply and remain payable by the customer where applicable.
• Alternative routes, revised dates, or amended itineraries are subject to supplier availability and operational conditions at the time changes are required.
• Does not apply to voluntary changes made due to personal preference, change of mind, or circumstances unrelated to operational travel disruption.
• Standard supplier booking conditions and fare rules continue to apply.
• DealsAway acts as an intermediary travel agent coordinating travel services with third-party airlines, suppliers, and operators.
