The highlights of this trip are plentiful, no matter what your interests. Rome is one of the major highlights of this trip, just because there is so much to it and you get a chance to explore it all. The major sites are utterly jaw-dropping. No matter how many times you have seen a photo of the Colosseum, nothing compares to standing there in the spot where slaves fought lions, where insurrections were formulated and blood was spilled. But you could spend your whole time in Rome simply walking, such is the sheer wealth of sites, old churches, and cathedrals that line its streets. Add to this some of the best food you will ever have tasted and you have yourself a highlight beyond compare!

It would be crazy to mention highlights and not mention your home for the bulk of the trip, the stunning Odyssey of the Seas. Experience fine dining, teppanyaki, and tons of other dining options. Incredible bars with bar-cade style sports bars, robot bars, and Two70, a very impressive entertainment venue. There are shopping opportunities aplenty on the promenade and world-class spas to recuperate after a hard day of exploring. 

You will kick off this trip in Rome where we have provided a few extra nights to enable you to soak up as much of The Eternal City as you can. Once on board Odyssey of the Seas, you will sail around the boot of Italy, into the Aegean Sea to explore Greek Islands. The first stop is beautiful Santorini, before taking a stop in Turkey at the jaw-dropping Ephesus. Then it is back to Greece for a stop in Mykonos before sailing back around to the Tyrrhenian Sea to stop in Naples before returning to Rome where the trip will come to an end.

Health & vaccination

• As border restrictions for countries begin to ease, being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 will maximise the number of locations you can visit. So whilst you are not legally required to be vaccinated, and it’s also not a requirement to travel with us, it will limit some of the countries that you can visit and may make it harder to travel for the next 12-18 months.
• We highly recommend our travellers to look at the current travel restrictions of their destination, speak with a medical professional at least 30 days before departure or get in touch with our team for travel advice.
• Health care such as a doctor’s surgery, dentist and optometrists may not always be accessible on this tour
• It is advised that you ensure you have adequate health insurance cover as part of your travel insurance

• All DealsAway trips are available on a request-only basis and are subject to availability. Once booked you should receive a payment confirmation and receipt via email, followed by a booking confirmation normally within 72hrs of making a booking, sometimes this can take a little longer subject to supplier delay

Surcharges
